Do you have a passion for sales & marketing processes and systems and want to support Axis Sales & Marketing organization in our growth? Then you could be the one we are looking for!

Who is your future team?
The Systems Business Analysis team within Global Sales & Marketing has an important mission in supporting our Sales & Marketing organization with the systems and tools to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently and to best serve our colleagues, customers and partners globally.

What you’ll do here as System Business Analyst?
As a Systems Business Analyst you will play a key part in pursuing increased business efficiency and global alignment through sales & marketing systems and tools – main focus in this role being on sales systems and processes, primarily supported through Salesforce.

Before it’s decided to develop and implement any new functionality, an analysis and specification of the requirements is needed, as well as mapping & alignment of underlying processes. You will also ensure that the agreed improvements are rolled out timely and successfully towards users. In this role you will closely work with Information Systems, Head-Regions and Global Sales & Marketing.

Key responsibility areas include, but are not limited to:
Manage requirements:

  • Drive business analysis through considering stakeholder needs with a view of the capabilities of the platform

  • Analyze and specify the benefits, consequences, impact on business etc. of incoming requirements

  • Map underlying processes and ensure global alignment with the Global Process Owner

  • Cooperate with Sales, Marketing and Information Systems stakeholders to drive alignment and efficiency of connected sales and marketing processes that are supported through the system

Manage system implementation:

  • Specify requests as a base for product owner/s to approve and prioritize

  • Translate the requested needs from users into business user stories/acceptance criteria for development

  • Help verifying technical acceptance criteria for approved development of the systems

  • Together with process experts and users test changes prior to release

  • Facilitate base documentation to support post-release process where necessary

  • Focus area is sales systems & processes, but support through the above in marketing systems and processes may be relevant as required

  • Drive assigned projects and tasks and any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
You are a good communicator with people and networking skills and with a good ability to coordinate between many stakeholders, mainly within Axis. You like to work in a global environment characterized by teamwork. As there are many parallel projects/tasks/requests that will be investigated, developed and/or implemented at the same time, you will need to be structured, good at setting priorities and with good time management skills.

As a person you are motivated by working in a high-pace organization where you can deliver results together with your colleagues. You are not afraid to navigate in an environment of change and you are open to thinking outside the box. Managing the above means that you are service minded yet focused on details and make sure that processes, procedures and timelines are followed. When necessary, you challenge the information provided to you and you ensure driving a common, global way of working.

We believe that you have:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business analysis, requirements management, or a similar role within Salesforce

  • Proven, thorough hands-on experience within Salesforce

  • Strong understanding of sales & sales operational processes

  • Experience with system implementation and user acceptance testing

  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities

  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

  • Proficiency in writing user stories and business acceptance criteria

  • Ability to work in a global environment with stakeholders from different cultures and time zones

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

The following qualifications are a plus:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or other relevant area
